We've taken it way too easy on you a couple times in the past three weeks, but that's because we're about to kick into high gear here with a three-game weekend that encompasses both the Centennial Conference and the WIAC. Yep, you have a lovely trip ahead and it starts on Friday night with Johns Hopkins at Dickinson. It's a good thing this game is at Dickinson, in fact, because it puts you about an hour closer on the next leg of your trip, and you need that hour, badly. That's because it's 14 hours from Carlisle, Pa., to La Crosse, Wis. Between that hour, and the hour you get from moving from Eastern to Central time, you actually have 16 hours to make that journey, so, you know, don't get caught on the Tri-State too long going around Chicago. The second game is UW-Whitewater at UW-La Crosse. From there you head north to catch the nightcap, UW-Eau Claire at UW-Stout. Similarly, it's a good thing this is at Stout, because the extra 40 or so miles to Eau Claire would make it nearly impossible to get there by kickoff.
Too ambitious? Hey, this is a great trip. But you can also see either Carthage at Elmhurst or Lakeland at Benedictine and then see Wheaton at North Central for the nightcap. But let's stretch this out. You can do it!
Total: Three games, 1,027 miles start to finish.
