Friday, Oct. 21: Gettysburg at Johns Hopkins |

We know, we know, Johns Hopkins again. You just saw them last week, you may have been at their stadium already, too, in Week 1. But the Blue Jays are considerate enough to play Friday night games, and that is super helpful here. So we start with Gettysburg at Johns Hopkins and once again, you're hitting the road for a drive. But it's only a little less than six hours to get to Cleveland, and that's where both of our next games are. You can see Capital at John Carroll, and then Geneva at Case Western Reserve on Saturday in the Cleveland area with a minimum of extra driving. Or, if you think Capital can't hang with John Carroll, you might try the other Columbus-Cleveland game and see Otterbein at Baldwin Wallace. Your mileage, as it were, may vary here.
If you were willing to arrive at a game late, you could instead trek up to see Springfield at Hobart and then see Cortland at Brockport. But those games are at noon and 3 p.m. Even with the triple option, that afternoon game won't get through in time for the second afternoon game.
Total: Three games, 377 miles start to finish.
